Rightika is an international technology platform and marketplace. We connect filmmakers and content creators ("Sellers") with individuals, businesses, and agencies ("Buyers") who license high-quality film content for their projects.
No. Rightika is an intermediary marketplace and does not own or sell films. Sellers license their own work directly to Buyers through our secure platform.
You can sign up using your email and a secure password, or by using Google or Apple single sign-on (SSO).
Your privacy is our priority. We comply with GDPR and CCPA. We only collect data necessary to operate the platform and process transactions. Please read our Privacy Policy.
You are purchasing a License (permission from the Seller) to use the film under specific terms (e.g., Personal Use Only, Limited Commercial Use). Review the license terms carefully before you buy.
All sales are final due to the digital nature of the Content. Exceptions may be made if the file is technically defective or significantly different from the description. See our Terms of Service.
Using Content beyond your license (e.g., Personal Use content in a TV ad) violates our Terms and copyright law and may result in legal action by the Seller.
Your license agreement is directly with the Seller. Please try to resolve the issue with the Seller first. You may also contact support at [email protected] if a platform rule is violated.
Any filmmaker or distributor who legally owns or controls 100% of the rights to the Content they upload. You must agree to our Seller & Distributor Agreement.
You do. Sellers retain full ownership and copyright. By uploading, you grant Rightika a non-exclusive license to host, display, and facilitate license sales on the Platform.
Yes. You are fully responsible for securing all necessary rights (e.g., music sync/master, actor releases, location releases) before uploading.
Rightika operates on a commission model. Listing is free; upon a successful sale, a percentage is retained as commission. Rates and payouts are visible in your Seller Dashboard and the Seller Agreement.
Please follow the formal Notice and Takedown procedure described in our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy. We promptly investigate valid notices.
We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Sellers who repeatedly violate our Copyright Policy or Terms will have their accounts permanently terminated.
