Luis Ruiz, a former gang leader, is on the verge of getting out but his younger brother, Carlos, will not allow it. An innocent kid with a chip on his shoulder, Carlos dishonors the drug lord Pablo Mendecello, forcing a stream of events that lead to the ultimate face off.
