• About Annabel Barrett

Annabel Barrett was raised in New York City and began performing at a young age. Her first musical was a summer stock production of State Fair at age 12, where she was prominently featured by the choreographer. She went on to study tap, jazz, and musical theater dance, and is vocally trained as a mezzo-soprano/belter, specializing in musical theater. She attended the Professional Children's School in New York, for high school, beginning her professional career with CESD and later with Innovative Artists. Annabel's first featured film role was in Tony Kaye's Detachment starring Adrien Brody. She went on to star opposite Katherine Grody in the play Circle Mirror Transformation and appeared in numerous stage productions, showcases, and benefits throughout New York. After moving to Los Angeles, Barrett booked lead roles in independent films including Miranda Veil, Like Dogs, and This Game's Called Murder (with Vanessa Marano and Ron Perlman), as well as appearing in Clifford the Big Red Dog. In 2025, she became and continuous to be involved in the development and performance of a new original musical.
