He is a writer/director/actor/producer known for About Fifty (2011), Ghost World (2001) and most recently The Addiction of Hope (2025) which he wrote/directed/produced. He's been married to actress/producer Anne-Marie Johnson since1996 and has lived in Los Angeles since 1984.
