E-Dee to make a significant impact in his home country. His collaboration with Irie Love on the track "Revolution" propelled him into the spotlight, reaching the top ten in Jamaica and earning a nomination for Best Collaboration at the EME Awards. Simultaneously, his feature on Ms. Triniti's hit single "Bongce Along" also achieved success, entering the top ten on the island and the top 20 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop single sales charts. Beyond his musical accomplishments, E-Dee has made notable strides in the acting world. In 2011, he starred in the biopic feature film "Out the Gate," loosely based on his own life Starring Paul Campbell and Oliver Samuels. The film received positive reviews and was released in selected theaters across the United States,Canada and Jamaica, with critics predicting its potential to become a classic. Currently, the film is being developed into a series set to begin production in late 2025.
