A Chinese-born American filmmaker. Briefly lived in the U.K. and Japan before settling in California, USA. Studied filmmaking at California State University, Los Angeles, with a focus on screenwriting. Her experience spans writing, directing, and editing, enabling her to create films on limited budgets without compromising quality. She is particularly skilled at crafting logically structured crime stories with strong emotional foundations. Her debut feature Fortune Defies Death (2018) was acquired by Lionsgate for distribution in Latin America. Her most recent feature Last Culprit (2025), distributed by Bayview Entertainment, is available on streaming platforms. Following the completion of two feature films, she has expanded her creative focus toward the horror genre. As of today, she has completed several horror screenplays and is preparing to launch the next phase of her career in genre filmmaking.
